Submisssions > Instructions to authors

All contributions received will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the meeting. Those accepted will be the subject of conferences, oral presentations or posters.

The publication of a contribution in the proceeding of the congress requires the prior payment of registration fees to the REMCES 13.

Instructions for submitting abstracts:

• The author is invited to carefully read the submission procedures via the tab Help for submission.
• The author is invited to submit an abstract (maximum one A4 page in accordance with the submission template) written in English via the link Abstracts submission .
• The author is asked to specify in the field "type of submission" the nature of his contribution.

 Instructions for submitting articles:
 

• If accepted, the author will then be invited to submit a draft article in English within 2 weeks of notification of acceptance. This project must be formatted according to the Word template (to be compiled in PDF).
• This article will be subject to a review process and an acceptance (with or without modifications) or a refusal.
• The author will finally be invited to submit the final version of his article if changes have been requested.
